UCP Molle 2 Water Carrier aka a camelbak water carrier, just needs the bladder and you're good to go on a hike, walk, or ruck march. 

Lower part of the carrier has some molle 2 webbing allowing you to attach a sustainment pouch or other pouches to carry your snacks and other goodies.
