Rare Canadian Army ECW Fleece Shirt, We couldnt find alot of info on this item but we know its part of their cold weather layering system. Somewhat related to the US ECWCS the system from what I can tell consist of fleece and liner layers with a parka and heavy pants as the set, like the US system they can be layered as needed.
